We have just completed our summer photo shoot, and must praise all our little models who did a great job for us! Things have been busy here, we are working on a little documentary film for our website, and planning our next tradeshow, Bubble London. Our new designs will include bright orange carrots, red ripe cherries and sunlight yellow bananas so keep your eyes peeled!

Spring is coming, the sun is shining and 'beauty & the bib' is blooming!
Our first standalone store and London showroom in Greenwich Market is a hit and we are now considering a location for our second retail outlet. Asos.com will be stocking our brand for Autumn /Winter, 2009/10 so that's great news too, as we will be sitting alongside the big international designer names in baby fashion. Our newborn sets are selling well, so we will soon launch some fresh designs in boxes, plus we have extended the age range to 6-12m babies as well as newborns! Thanks to everyone who commented on our Daily Mirror feature recently!!!

We are soooo excited with our new matching bibs and bloomers, presented in our bespoke 'beautiful' box. We have teamed up with the wonderful people at mili b, founders of 'bottom chic' for this very special project. Just for girls at the moment, but don't worry boys... I am on the case!!!!

We have spent a long time developing our baby highway code, and here it is! Take a look at our imaginative and fun printed onesies and babygrows, featuring classic roadsigns with new meanings especially for baby! I was inspired by a 1950s style poster I saw on the back of a mini bus,whilst stuck in traffic one sunny morning back in July!

Standalone Store and London Showroom opens in London - (20/10/2008 @ 15:06:42)
We recently opened our first standalone baby boutique and London Showroom in London's historic and wonderful Greenwich Market.
Our story, our brand, began in this famous London market over four years ago, from a Sunday market stall. We now sell to some of the world's most prestigious stores, including Harrods and Harvey Nicholls. Mayumi and Reiko (our Japanese distributors) are opening trade accounts in some of the finest Japanese stores.
Ludovica and Davide have worked very hard to build a strong presence across Italy, from Milan to Rome, and we are so proud of their achievments. Anja is building her portfolio of stores stocking 'beauty & the bib' across Germany too, and meanwhile we work hard here in London to offer beautiful products to all of you.
Saxon is doing a fantastic job managing our warehouse and internet orders, he is always at the end of the telephone to answer your questions, trade or retail (0208 469 0065).

Well, we are thrilled that our new, polished website is now up and running. A big thank you to Rob at www.blue-dreamer.co.uk.
It is great to see some of our trade customers now registered and ordering online.We had some nice press last month, in OK and Vogue magazines. Greg Watts, from fruitofthevinemedia.co.uk is doing a good job.
Watch out for our brand in baby magazines! Please let us know if you read about us anywhere, we don't want to miss anything!!!

We are doing what we can, at 'beauty & the bib,' for the environment. Every small step we take is our way of showing our customers that we care. From abandoning paper catalogues, to investing in a small collection of organic bibs, we are addressing our social and corporate responsibilities simultaneously.
Our SKAL certified organic bibs contain no trace of chemicals (artificial soil fertilisers, productivity enhancing soil additives or pesticides) used in conventional farming. Yes, they cost more, but pure cotton farming is expensive. Organic cotton takes longer to grow and requires specialised knowledge and skill. We love them. We hope you do too!
