We always want you to be delighted with your purchases from beauty & the bib. We believe in quality - and we won't be happy until you are. So if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return them and we'll either exchange them, or give you your money back.

We believe in having a No Quibble Returns Policy.

All we ask is that the returned goods are in a resaleable condition & and returned to beauty & the bib within 21 days of your receipt of them. For your own peace of mind, please obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your cost of returning the goods to us unless they are damaged or faulty.

All refunds are processed within 14 days.
